Multi-Dwelling Residential Unit
On a tree-lined street in Bangalore, Sudaiva Studio’s Multi-dwelling unit DESIGN-BUILD project matured rapidly under the watchful gaze of an old Magnolia tree existing on site. Completed in just under 12 months (including interiors), the 11 rental apartment spread over 4 floors were constructed under tight budget and time constraints. All the 11 contemporary styled units (furnished with modular kitchens and wardrobes) found tenants within a week of project completion.
