THE LANTERN TOWERHOUSE

This ongoing residential project is in a tier-2 city where our client wanted his home to exude spatial luxury with extensive common & private spaces. In a plot measuring 40’x70’, to fulfill the many requirements, we had to go vertical. Within a tall mass, we punctured & projected a few portions of the façade to make it look light & composed. In order to create privacy for the internal gardens we worked out a metal screen jaali which also lends lightness to the entire massing. The wooden ceiling & tall sleek steel columns add a sense of delicacy to the entire structure.
