On a large plot on the outskirts of Bangalore, the design for this modest residence was informed by the rural setting and the presence of a temple opposite the site. Nestled within a lush tropical garden, this brick-clad home presents a crafted quality in its exterior, echoing elements in the temple architecture, with a contemporary twist. Generous fenestration allows the building to blend into the surrounding garden, extending the serenity of the temple towards itself.
